Free Post Policy

Where an item has free postage the free postage is for regular Australia Post delivery and does not include express post or courier delivery

Delivery Policy

In most cases orders will be processed and shipped with-in 24 hours. If your order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday. it will be processed and shipped the following business day. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the delivery delay and informed of an ETA. If you have ordered several items you will be given the option of waiting for the out of stock item to arrive or splitting the deliveries. If split deliveries is chosen then you agree to cover the cost of the split deliveries.

 Coona Sawchain Supply uses Australia Post Satchels, eParcel (which is part of Australia Post) & Fastway. Once you order has been despatched you will recieve an email notification. If eparcel, express post or Fastway have been used for shipping you will receive a tracking code so you can check to see where your order is.

Generally, items are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, however, this may vary depending on location. Coona Sawchain Supply makes no guarantee once the goods have been passed on to the Australian Post Office or Fastway.

 

 Exchange Policy

If your purchase is damaged in transit you will need contacts us at returns@coonasawchain.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Coona Sawchain Supply will provide you with instructions on how to return the goods. Once the goods have been received and the damage has been assessed, Coona Sawchain Supply will send you a replacement, at no cost.

If the item you receive is different from what was described on our website, we will glady exchange the product for an item of the same value or refund your money back. You will need to conact us at returns@coonasawchain.com.au and return the product back to Coona Sawchain Supply.

Any exchanges will be at our sole discretion where the item that you purchased is of the wrong size, specification, as to what you require. If we do agree to the exchange, you agree to cover all postage fees involved in making the exchange, as well as a 15% re-stocking fee based on the purchase price of your original item. The exchanged item must be returned unopened in it's original condition with all original packaging undamaged.

No refunds or exchanges are offerred for special orders.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Coona Sawchain Supply will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
